It seems a life ago, from that day I’ve crossed the Slovenian border and passed the plateau of the Carso. Crossing the border has been amazing, moreover it’s the first time that I come in Slovenia.

I find it beautiful and very green! Its fresh and fragrant woods have already won me. It’s clean and hospitable, very organized and kind. At least from what I could see until now.

Today, I could finally immerse myself in nature, for the first time. Breathing and living trees: we need all the trees! They take air, they clean it, they make it shine again for us and make it always fresh and respirable…they are priceless. The plateau of Carso is really a wonderful place and I can live there.

Now, I’m writing you from the youth hostel in Logatec, a happy little town. Today I rested for half a day because there was Bora wind and it was very strong and carried threatening clouds. Tomorrow if everything is good I will be in Ljubljana: it has the reputation of being really beautiful and particular. I can’t wait to taste its energy.

I feed myself of all places that I meet: they have become my daily bread. I am immersed in the world that is only waiting to be visited. One step at a time I want to taste it all, savoring it, sniffing it…living it.
